Crown Royale (DJ Rhettmatic & Buff1) was Hip-Hop Official's Artist Of The Week this past week. They did a few jams live in the studio and this is one of them that made it onto the web. Check out the video, turn up the volume and like Buff say, "Get It Up!"
DJ Rhettmatic and Eric Bobo (of Cypress Hill) heading up north to the bay area to do their live DJ / Percussion set. Unless you hate music altogether, you have no excuse not to go.
You guys remember the Flow & Tell Tour?!?! I used to bump that CD everyday and listen to both Awol and 2Mex kill it. If you live around Long Beach, relive that incredible piece of hip-hop music and check it out live.
RIP Michael Jackson aka King Of Pop aka The G.O.A.T.
LMNO heading down south to San Diego, CA to prove that real hip-hop is alive and well. With a new album on the brink of releasing and a new single buzzing like crazy overseas, I don't think we've seen LMNO at his best yet...it's coming though.
We all know DJ Rhettmatic has been killing it lately with Eric Bobo of Cypress Hill fame, but did you know he has also teamed up with emcee Buff1 to form the crew Crown Royale?
Well, the duo have just been chosen as Hip Hop Official's Artist Of The Week. Congratulations to both of them. Peep the video!
Rebecca Joelson has taken some beautiful pictures. Amongst others, artists like LMNO, Aceyalone and Zach de la Rocha & Jon Theodore's group One Day As A Lion have been the focus of her work, which are all amazing. Come out and support her art by attending her show going on now. Opening reception is this Saturday, June 27th!
